The first video on this playlist is about War, which is a totally evil and pathological way of trying to resolve conflict.
First exploring the psychology of war, looking at the paranoia, propaganda, projection and pathology that underlies all wars. I talk about these things in relation to the Russia / Ukraine, Israel / Hammas and the US / Iraq wars.
And then I talk about what you and I, the little person in the street, can do to help end war and heal the warring mindset.
This is quite a long video in which you may want to immerse yourself, or watch in segments, either way, I hope it may be of some small assistance.

My NEW book, Amazing Grace; Memoirs of a Transformational Journey, is set to be published by O-Books in September 2023.
This is a book about one man’s struggle to discover his soul in a soulless world in which Serge argues that a new kind of human being needs to emerge if our society is to be healed. This new man or woman will need to be someone who will have ‘worked on themselves’ to have become less materialistic and ego-centred, more planet friendly and, in particular, more concerned about the well-being of their fellow human beings.
